Nancy Dellipaoli MA, PT

Nancy is co-owner of Bear Mountain PT.  She earned her Master's degree in Physical Therapy from Touro College in 1993. She also received her Bachelor's Degree from Stonybook University, and a Master's Degree in Exercise Physiology from Long Island University.  Nancy specializes in manual therapy; she also utilizes muscle energy techniques, craniosacral techniques, PNF and neural mobilization.  She attends continuing education courses yearly.

Michael Moses MS, PT OCS
Michael is co-owner of Bear Mountain PT. He received his MS in Physical Therapy from Columbia University in 1993. He completed his certification as a Certified Functional Manual Therapist (CFMT) from the Institute of Physical Art in 2000, and completed certification as a Certified Manual Physical Therapist (CMPT) from North American Institute of Manual Physical Therapy in 2002.  In 2005 he earned certification as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) from the National Strengthening and Conditioning Association and in 2006 earned Board Certification and an Orthopedic Certified Specialist (OCS) from the American Physical Therapy Association.  
Tara Jones MS, PT

Tara earned her Master's Degree in Physical Therapy from Russell Sage College and the Sage Graduate School in Troy, NY in 2000.  She worked from 2000 to 2002 at Mountain PT in Monticello, NY.  Tara also provided home PT to patients throughout Sullivan County.  Tara moved to Westchester in 2002 where she worked as a PT in White Plains for 10 years prior to joining the BMPT staff in 2012.  

April Caldarella MS, PT

April earned her Master's degree in Physical Therapy from

New York Medical College in Valhalla N.Y in 2000.  Since graduation, her experience entails working at area hospitals and outpatient facilities.  She has taken continuing education courses on a variety of topics including, but not limited to, Myofascial Release, Mulligan concept, Gait and balance training and fall risk assessment.  She has experience working with a variety of orthopedic diagnoses, joint replacements and neurologic disorders,as well as treating patients of all ages.  In addition, she has received certification as an instructor in Pilates.


Grace Minnella DAC, L.AC

Grace graduated from Tri-State College of Acupuncture in New York, one of the oldest, accredited acupuncture schools in the Northeast, in 2002.  She had fortune, pleasure, and privilege of graduating from one of the very first classes with a Bachelor-Master’s program degree combined—from the only school that included the instruction of trigger points release as part of the curriculum.  In 2020, Grace returned to school to obtain a Doctorate in Acupuncture, as well as a certification in functional medicine. 

Having been an Acupuncturist for over 20 years, she continues to practice with same gusto as earlier, with a mature approach and extensive experience tailored to each individual and each unique treatment.

Grace specializes in trigger points therapy (dry needling) for muscular skeletal dysfunctions, and her eclectic methods combines trigger point release, Japanese, Meridian, Korean, TCM, and Vietnamese acupuncture.
